Bar Service

Our yachts are fully AGCO licensed. All alcohol served on board must be purchased from the yachts, either on board with cash or major credit cards, or paid for in advance. All beverages including Soft Drinks, Juices, Bottled Water MUST be purchased from the yacht. None of the yachts offer the privilege of bringing in outside beverages under any circumstances.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel more than 150 days before your scheduled cruise date, the deposit may be refunded; between 150-120 we will keep the deposit; less than 120 days the client becomes responsible for the full amount of the charter fee including menu, bar and other revenues as applicable.

Coast Guard Regulations

All yachts are certified annually by Transport Canada.

Cruising Times - Boarding etc.

We can customize cruise times and hours according to your requirements. However, our regular charter rates include 1/2 an hour for boarding, 4 hours of cruising time and 1/2 hour to disembark.
Our regular Saturday cruising times are:
Afternoon Cruise: 12:30 pm boarding, 1 pm to 5 pm cruise.
Sunset Cruise: 6 pm boarding, 6:30 pm to 10 pm cruise.
Nite Cruise: 11 pm boarding, 11:30 pm to 2:30 am cruise.

Decorations

You may bring your own décor if you wish, we offer half an hour prior to the boarding time as décor time. If you need more than half an hour please check with your cruise agent prior to booking to confirm that we have the time available, in which case we will discuss the charge with you. If you choose to decorate the yacht yourself, please note that we do not allow the use of nails, screws, masking tape, scotch tape, duct tape, glue or any adhesive that could leave residue or any sort of marks. The only adhesive you may use is Sure-Stick, for help in locating this product please contact our decorator Helen. You may tie balloons with ribbons or string. Any damage to the yacht’s surfaces, furniture, walls or objects will be charged for and payable in cash prior to departure.

Disc Jockey

We will discuss your music preferences with you.
However, in general: Upon boarding and during dinner, the DJ plays soft Jazz and R & B as well as Classical Standards and Adult Contemporary Music.
After dinner the DJ plays a variety of musical selections including Top 40 POP, R & B, Hip Hop, Reggae, Classic Rock, Dance, Retro, Classic 80’s and much more.
Upon booking you receive a DJ Music Selection Form which allows you to instruct our DJ as to exactly what you prefer for your cruise. Here’s a sample of the form: click here

Directions & Parking

Upon booking you receive an electronic map for directions and parking.

Insurance

Our yachts are fully insured. Negligence and dangerous behaviour on behalf of the passengers is not included in the insurance coverage.

Lifesaving Equipment

We are fully certified by Transport Canada annually prior to start of the season and according to Transport Canada regulations have a full complement of adult and children’s life jackets and include certified life rafts, fire-fighting equipment, and a motorized tender.

- Menus – please ask your cruise agent.
- Outside Catering – We do allow outside catering however the use of the yacht’s kitchen is not included. If you wish to use the kitchen there is a 100.00 kitchen attendant charge and a 500.00 damage deposit.
Outside caterers must bring all of their own service utensils and food service personnel. There is an outside catering surcharge usually in the vicinity of 3.00 to 20.00 per guest depending on the date of the cruise.
Food must be of acceptable quality. Any shortages in quantity will be the sole responsibility of the client and not the cruise company. In case of food shortage or complaints by the guests of the food quality the cruise company reserves the right to make an announcement over their PA system informing the guests of it’s non-involvement of the catering to maintain the cruise company’s good reputation.

Outside Disc Jockeys

We do allow Outside Disc Jockeys at the client’s request. Our resident DJ will be on board to make safety announcements. We do not allow outside DJs to use our sound equipment under any circumstances. Outside DJs must bring their own sound equipment and abide by sound volume and other rules set out by the individual yacht. Parking

Payment Methods

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Corporate Cheques and EMTs.
We do not accept wire transfers.

Smoking

All interior areas of the yachts are non-smoking areas. Guests may smoke on the outdoor areas if they wish to.

Weather & Rain Policy

We sail whether it rains or shines. In case of rain - some of the yachts feature an all-weather retractable roof and the main decks can be fully enclosed, and weather protected. In an emergency situation the yacht can be returned to port. We would never to put our passengers at risk.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Unfortunately, there is certain limitation for wheelchair access due to ship’s designs as per Transport Canada regulations. Washrooms are located on the lower deck and stairs are not designed for comfortable wheel-chair access.
