How do I redeem my tickets?
Answer: Cruise tickets are redeemable 24 hours after voucher sales have closed.
Bookings are done by customers only on-line. We do not offer bookings over the telephone.

What is included in my menu?

Are there any extra charges?
Answer: Your voucher provider will charge you the special cruise ticket price. Toronto Harbour Cruises will charge you the hst and gratuity when you make your cruise date booking. Total for both hst and gratuity is $10.48.

How long are the tickets valid till?
Answer: You can book your cruise up until 1 year from date of voucher purchase.

Will I have guaranteed seating?
Answer: Yes. We never will over book. Every party will have a table to sit at.

Are children allowed on the cruises?
Answer: We do ask that anyone boarding is at least 19yrs of age.

How long is the cruise?
Answer: Lunch and Dinner cruises are 3 hours.

Are we allowed to bring our own food/drinks on cruise?
Answer: No. A buffet lunch/dinner is included in your ticket price. Also, our ship comes with a fully stocked bar which includes a large selection of beer, liquor, wine, pop, juice and water. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Debit.

Is there parking nearby?
Answer: Please click on Directions & Parking in the left Nav bar.

Do you sail when it rains?
Answer: Yes. The main dining area is fully enclosed.

Is there music onboard?
Answer: Yes. A disc jockey will be playing music in the background.
