How do I book my cruise tickets?

You may book your cruise tickets immediately after you have purchased your vouchers. You will need your Redemption code to receive your discount. Bookings are done by customers only on-line. We do NOT offer bookings over the telephone. There are no refunds or change of date accepted once booked. Please ensure that you select the proper cruise.

Are there any extra charges?

Your voucher provider will charge you the special cruise ticket price. Our book on-line form will charge you the house service charge and HST.

Haven't received your Cruise Reservation or misplaced it?

Please check your spam/junk folder in your email program. If you do not find it there then please click here retrieval and you your reservation email will be re-sent to you.

How long are the vouchers valid for:

Your vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.

Will I have guaranteed seating?

Yes, seating is guaranteed for each and every guest however, we do not guarantee any particular seating or table under any circumstances.

Are children allowed on the cruises?

ALL guests MUST be 19 years of age or older. We do NOT allow guests under the age of 19 under ANY circumstances. All guests MUST bring a valid Government ID, we check IDs upon boarding.

How long is the cruise?

We offer 30 minutes for boarding and a 3-hour sailing.

Are we allowed to bring our own food/drinks on the cruise?

No. A buffet lunch/dinner is included in your ticket price. Bar - No outside Beverages (not even water) is allowed from outside. We sell bottled water on board. Our fully stocked bar includes a selection of beer, liquor, wine, liqueurs, cognacs, coolers, pop, juice and water. We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Debit.

Do we sail when it rains?

Yes we do. The main deck is enclosed. The upper deck offers a retractable roof.

Is there music on board?

Yes, Our DJ will be playing background music during dinner and dance music after dinner.
