How do I book my cruise tickets?

You may book your cruise tickets immediately after you have purchased your vouchers. You will need your Redemption code to receive your discount.
Bookings are done by customers only on-line.
We do NOT offer bookings over the telephone.
There are no refunds or change of date accepted once booked. Please ensure that you select the proper cruise.

Smart Casual. Fashion torn jeans are also acceptable.

Bar Service

Our ships are fully AGCO licensed. All alcohol served on board must be purchased from us. We accept cash, debit and credit cards at the bars.
No outside beverages are allowed on board, not even water.

Cancellations

No cancellations under any circumstances.

Will I have guaranteed seating?

Yes, seating is guaranteed for each guest however, we do not guarantee any window seating.
If you book a table of 8 or more guests, then there is a very good chance that we will be able to reserve a window table for you.

Age Restrictions

All guests must be over the age of 19 years. We do NOT allow guests under the age of 19 under ANY circumstances.
We check IDs upon boarding. Only valid physical (not an electronic copy) IDs from the governments of Canada, USA and UK are accepted.

Cruise Times

Our regular charter rates include 1/2 an hour for boarding, 3.5 hours of cruising time and 1/2 hour to disembark.
Cruise times for each cruise are shown on your reservation.

Insurance

Our cruise ships are fully insured. Negligence and dangerous behaviour on behalf of the passengers is not included in the insurance coverage.

Safety

Our cruise ships are fully inspected and certified prior to the cruising season each year. We carry a full complement of life jackets, certified life rafts and fire fighting equipment as required by Canadian law.

Weather & Rain Policy

We sail whether it rains or shines. In case of rain, the top decks feature an all-weather retractable roof and the main deck can be fully enclosed and weather protected.
In an emergency the ship can be returned to port. We would never to put our passengers at risk.
In case of mechanical failure or doing the cruise at dockside due to dangerous weather there will be no refund. The captain in his sole discretion makes the decision of dangerous weather.
